Ultimately, creativity enables you to connect mind and body. It allows for experience of the Beauty of the world, the rhythm of the cosmos. To me movement is not just something you do, it’s a lifestyle. My goal is to help people not be limited by their minds. Healthy does NOT only mean physically fit.
